Life and wellness coaching is a holistic approach that focuses on areas including personal development, improved relationship dynamics, work-life balance, health, parenting challenges, and becoming the best version of yourself. We will work together to identify your passions so that you can incorporate these into your daily life.
It is important to note that although I do have an extensive background in counseling, coaching is not therapy. It is a forward focused model that allows you to work through challenges by staying in the present and looking toward the future. Sessions are meant to support increased awareness, motivation, joy, and lasting beneficial change.
